President's Integrity Award

As an organization, Woodmen of the World is dedicated to doing what’s right. Someone worthy of the President’s Integrity Award embodies Woodmen of the World’s commitment to trustworthiness, always tries to do what’s right, even in tough situations, and lives and works with integrity.

Criteria for Selection:

  • Anyone can nominate a Home Office* or, Field associate.
  • Nominees’ lifestyles must be consistent with Woodmen of the World’s values and mission.
  • Each year, one Field and one Home Office associate will be selected.
  • Nominations will be accepted from Sept. 1 - Sept. 30, 2010.
  • The Ethics Committee will select the winner from all nominees and announce the winner during October.
  • Prior to finalizing the selection, the Nominator and a Representative of the Ethics Committee should meet with the selected Nominee, as an independent confirmation of the Nominee and of his/her understanding of the award and what would be expected of them.

The Award Winner Receives:

  • Recognition in Woodmen of the World publications
  • A commemorative engraved award sculpture
  • A certificate of recognition from Woodmen of the World

* For the purposes of this guide, "Other Associates" includes Home Office associates, State Managers, Area Managers, Field Representatives, State Office Administrative Assistants, Fraternal Coordinators, and Community Outreach Managers.
