Best Care Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Life presents opportunities and challenges. The Best Care Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential benefit available 24/7 to you and your family, including spouse and dependents, at no additional cost to you.

Professional counselors are available to provide confidential assistance and support wherever you or your dependent family members life or work. The counselors are available for a wide variety of concerns including, but not limited to:

On-site Fitness Facility

Having a baby? As well as providing fully funded maternity leave, Woodmen of the World also presents blankets commemorating the birth of associates' children.

Adoption Policy
Woodmen of the World recognizes that adopting a child is an important family event. Through an Adoption Assistance Program, eligible associates can receive financial reimbursement of certain expenses incurred in the legal adoption of a child. Eligible expenses that are reasonable and necessary for the legal adoption of a child may be reimbursed up to $1,500 per adoption, with an annual maximum benefit of $1,500.

Feeling stressed after a tough week of work? Associates can take advantage of Stress Busters for a low payment and receive on-site chair massages by qualified massage therapists.

Local Discount Program
